It's our belief that after placing the order you should relax and concentrate on new business knowing that your report will be received on time as promised. First contact will be attempted with the homeowner the day the appraisal order is accepted, and status updates will be made to the client on inspection date and expected completion date.

Professional Quality:
We take the additional time to make a noticeable difference in our reports, including detailed floor plan sketches, clear and pertinent interior and exterior photographs, and easy to read location maps. We strive to provide a high level of detail in neighborhood and subject descriptions, explanations of adjustments and any departures from standard guidelines when necessary, to better aid in the reader’s comprehension, address any concerns, and aid in the underwriting process, which allows your transaction to move swiftly.

Follow Through:
Occasionally, lender conditions may arise, or you may have questions or concerns. We strive to address any issues which might arise on a same-day basis whenever possible. Any questions or concerns will be directly addressed by the appraiser, with no secretaries or office personnel “middleman” to wade through, which can unnecessarily delay your transaction.
