Fees stated are base fees only. Unique and/or more complex properties will necessitate a higher fee commensurate with the difficulty of the assignment. Complex property fees can be quoted after initial research.

Trip fees of $75.00 will be charged on all "no show" appointments.

Turn times vary depending upon a variety of factors including location of the property, the difficulty and complexity of the assignment, and the flexibility of the owner in scheduling an appointment for the appraiser to visit the property. First attempt to contact the homeowner will be made the day the order is received.
